There is no open permission to enter girls into the boy's hostel except for some special events organized by the BITS hostel management according to the annual sports or special calendar.  

For urgent entry into the boys' hostel, girls can get prior approval from the respective hostel warden, the hostel warden may review the request and allow female students if deemed necessary.

 

No female student shall enter any boys' hostel except for any cultural or similar functions organized by the hostels. They must take prior permission from their Warden to attend such functions.
